Scrog question

Just a thought on scrog growing....can anyone see why the stems cant be trained on top of the screen instead of under it ? It would be just like tying them down instead of stuffing around under the screen and breaking a lot of the stems when they need to be repositioned to make way for latecomers. When space is an issue I think it would be much easier to work on top instead of underneath, especially for old barstards like me who prefer to work at waist height.

Im going to try the sea of green method just for the experience but I think I'd prefer to scrog.

I can't see that it would make that much difference other than the increase in workload due to having to tie the plants down, you could always weave the plants through the screen so that you don't need to tie them as much.
