how much hash oil to eat

I was wondering how much hash oil i should eat to get a good high or can you even eat it? Sorry i am sorta stoned!! :smoke

never done it but ive heard of it and i think i saw it somewhere on here put it in a spoon hold a lighter under it untill it starts to smoke then drop it in a milkshake and stir im not posaive on that bt if im wrong i think someon will correct me

I ate half a cap (double O) of oil once.

 

Within an hour I realised I had made a big mistake. At the 2 and half hour mark I was carried to bed. 16 hours later I woke up and the room was still spinning. It took days to come down fully.

 

A week later I tried a quarter of a cap and it was still way too much. I am much more careful these days.
