Just had a look and it seems this is made by Rocky Point (QLD) as it shares both a name "ActivGrow" and the ACO Cert. No. 12222, which is allocated to Rocky Point. If it's anything like their other soils then it should be pretty good. At a guess I'd say it is probably their "Rocky Point Garden Soil" mixed with some of their "Rocky Point ActivGrow Soil Enhancer" but as I say, just a guess :unknw:
