Help needed

I know I probably shouldn't be asking this but I don't know where else to go or who to ask.

 

My Dad just had 2 knee replacements and could really do with some cannabis. No other meds are helping.Even if it's just some seeds through the mail. Is there a section to ask this in or can someone help? Thanks

There is another option, it is expensive, but the option is available to those with a medical need.
