Do we need bloom boosters?!?!

Thats what I've come across lately too Frank. It seems the micro nutrients have been studied a little further and may contribute more than first thought which is how I came across that post I linked.

Not a necessity to grow bud or even good bud of course , but personally I would never choose not to use PK boosters. Canna PK is what I use , but any pk booster will do. The analogy Is like having a house , four walls and a roof , it’s a house , get some paint and paint it and it’s a much much better house.

 

Canna pk 13/14 is a fucking joke. I have to put my 2 cents in on this. Canna has been the big name fore many years, I was a fan boy. Until I read the back of there pk 13/14. Which use to mean the levels of P/K of a ratio of 13/14. Not anymore, if you have a bottle that is in date, look at the back. it is really 6/11. They change the pk13/14 but dont want to let people know. 

 

Secondly, mass dosing P/K in week 5 increase yields is not common practice, more so if your in soil. The best way to use it, is to use P/K over week 4 , 5 , 6 at half dose.

Interesting wityh the pk 13/14, I assume they don't change the name due to market recognition of the product. But reducing the phosphorus isn't a surprise, phos is the most over used nutrient in fertilizer programs.

First time I’ve used monsta bud during flowering in hydro and definitely increased bud size, haven’t harvested yet, so looking forward to seeing how much it produces once dried and cured.
