I'm after reliable and quiet extraction system for a 5 X5 tent. I've researched my need to move about 250+cubic feet of air per minute. I need a very quiet extraction system - maybe using a speed controller ? What's the most reliable extraction brand/ setup that produces minimal noise, including: Fan + speed controller+ carbon filter + ducting ( materials, tape, etc).

i'm in the market and the best i've found is AC Infinity, quiet dc/ec brushless motor controlled by speed or temp/humidity pending on model, while there are a few good reviews on youtube . 

i'm planing on getting the s6 with only the speed controller which is a 6" at 402CFM, US stock has just been updated as was sold out, seem they aint shipping out to aus atm do to covid

I have been using a bluaberg for year's now and as cooper said they can be noisy but aint they all but its one of the quietist fans out there and German built with a 5 yr warranty.

 

What I like is the thermal shutoff on the fan so if the fan over loads and gets to hot it shuts off. Gives me somewhat peace and mind my house won't burn down..

 

I pair it with acoustic ducting and a silencer which reduces the noise a fair bit but then when used with a filter its one of the quietest I have had

+1 on blauberg using one of there 150mm centro fans with temp controller good bit of gear.

 

Also have a Canfan 150mm with speed controller, canfan is very quiet still moves a lot of air.
