Bug indentification+treatment tried everything

Man dont know if u saw pic but ive added pic now would also like to know what to use to kill whatever the hell they are as there fukn resistant to pyrethrum and eco oil and thats hella annoying

@itchybromisic to late now i squashed the fucker already heres the damage im assuming this fucker done as i dont see any other pests in there https://ibb.co/xm2DPdv its also leaving scwiggly white lines on plant/white flecks on leaves

you sprayed the plant with lights on or in the sun maybe ?

 

when you spray canna plants the spray gathers on the tips of the leaves & is generally the last place on the leaf to dry after a spray 

if lights are on or sun is on the plant , any oil residual left on the leaf will fry it , thats what your leaf looks like to me 

 

if ya not sure if a bug is bad don't kill it , ID first cos could be a beneficial predator bug , good guy looking out for your plant , well looking for a feed more likely
