General advice

Recommended Posts

Plants are looking much better now and decent growth. Starting to thread the plants through the net.

Pulled the small one as I suspect it may have been hermy.

Might put a clone in the pot this weekend, and see what sort of growth I get from it before I need to flip them.

How much height will I need to leave in between the top of the plants and the light for flowering? post-65552-156673498676_thumb.jpeg

Hey dhufish, plants certainly are looking better. Just be careful if you are actually 'threading' the plant through the net, this will become a bit of a head fuck come harvest time. You want to keep spreading the growth outwards under the net, rather than through it.

When you flip to 12/12 the plant will stretch for light a fair bit, you can manage this by still tucking under the net for the first week and then maybe let it go from there. No set distance from the light to plant as different strains will stretch different amounts. How much head room do you have?

Yeah that makes sense. Went and had a look. Everything is under the net now. No threading through.

Forgot to measure, but there would have to be about 70cm space between the net and light maybe?

Lose a fair chunk of height growing this way, but I suppose it's not such a big deal if you train the plants early hey.

All a learning curve being my first indoor.
