Coconut oil

Recommended Posts

I haven't tried that batch myself as yet, it was more done for my wife and daughter being a cbd/thc strain it wasn't decarbed so the girls could have it need be when out and not have to drive feeling stoned especially for the wife being a non smoker. That being said, does a high cbd strain need to be decarbed before making a tincture? But yeh Soot my daughter reckons it tasted a lot stronger and didn't really like the taste compared to no lecithin.

So being of darker shade is okay? I didnt think it looked bad and yeah I used lecithin and unrefined coconut oil..that's it. On low after decarting for 16 min then cooked for 5 hours on low temp. Stirred constantly.

I won't be using lecithin this time, but will consider it in the future. What type do you use spider11?

I would recommend using sunflower based lechitin. I was told long time ago to stay away from soy based lechitin.

I used to make my clarified canna butter with no lecithin and it was ok but lechitin gave it a good power up:)

One good teaspoon of butter in your morning coffee for a happy and productive start of the day:)

Just sharing what I did with my first coconut oil infusion...

I used about 750ml of this mct oil,

Some buds...

Decarbed...

Into the slow cooker for a few hours on low...

And after losing a bit in the straining process, the end result...

I Put some into 00 size capsules but they only hold a ml so I just ended up putting about 10ml on a piece of bread or in a coffee and happy days. Could use it in brownies or whatever baked goods as well.. got plenty to play with [emoji847]post-60665-156448660271_thumb.jpegpost-60665-156448663795_thumb.jpegpost-60665-156448667307_thumb.jpegpost-60665-156448671828_thumb.jpegpost-60665-156448675905_thumb.jpeg
