Edible, treats, balls..recipes plz!

Recommended Posts

I have not made what u are asking for and the protein ball recipes i have had a look at dont seem to use butter.

I have made a mean brownie mix and short bread with canna butter, the brownie mix i get in packet from shop and use a 12 tin muffin tray.

You should be able to fill all 12 with one mix.

Just a tip once u start using to high of a heat when baking it will start to kill the THC in the butter, try and keep under 200c for baking for shortest time, most cake brownie mix is around the 40-45min mark under 200c...

i like my edibles!

I don't think you would wanna make "protein ball/truffle style treats"

not enough butter in them.

I try n look for a high butter content and low heat oven.

I always add an extra 20% of butter ontop of what the recipes says

to you know...... make sure lol

I got abit of a sweet tooth n enjoy a good choc/peppermint/coconut sorta slice.

something like this gets me every time https://www.womensweeklyfood.com.au/recipes/chocolate-peppermint-slice-27165

...then again I like the butter on a couple pieces of toast in the morning, medicated all day lol

lets us know how you go!

I used to make what i like to call

SMILO balls.

2 of these sends me to a happy place and as one of my mates found out

4 will take you to hell.

I make mine with coconut canna oil but it should work with butter.

I make as follows:

1 pack of arrowroot biscuits mashed up into little bits.

250ml of sweetened condensed milk.

1/2 cup melted coconut canna-oil/butter

3/4 cup milo.

3/4 cup desiccated coconut.

1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin (*optional, but look into the benefits if you aren't aware.)

Extra Coconut to coat them.

(I've also used cadbury drinking chocolate and even cocoa to coat them)

I like to wear foodsafe gloves cos my balls are sticky.

A big tray lined with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients together and form into balls roughly 3cm wide.

Coat with extra coconut, place on trays and refrigerate for a few hours until firm.

Thats it!

Enjoy.
