Disaster #1

Ants!

 

Ants seem to have taken home in all my pots!

One of the Lil peep seeds has sprouted, and is covered in ants. It hasn't even dropped it's shell yet.

Looks like I'm off to a rough start.

 

Sprinkled cayenne pepper on the seed sites, and mixed 50/50 baking soda and icing sugar then applied a light sprinkle around to pots.

wouldn't worry about them meself, they won't eat much

Not much there to eat!

As far as I'm concerned if the eat ANY at this stage it would be too much!

 

So you don't think it will effect the sprouts much?

Can't see how they would do any damage ? have never had a problem with them 

i see ants on me plants i check for aphids, they can fuck a crop

I always got ants crawling about..

 

I would be more worried about the pepper and crap you have thrown over them..

Icing sugar is the bait, baking soda kills them.

They take it back to the colony and wipe themselves out.

 

I've used it with great success previously
