Maggots a problem?

So I've tried my hand at making up a mix, got some chook, cow and shroom manure, blood and bone, dynamic lifter, a bit of bokashi, scoria and diatomite mixed in with a decent bag of potting mix. This has been in the bin for a week, getting mixed up everyday. What I noticed yesterday were maggots in the mix.

What should I do with it now? Will the maggots just fly out eventually, is it wasted or just add more nutrients to the mix? How much damage will they do to the plants roots or structure?

Any comments on my mix or suggestions would be appreciated as always. Cheers

Don't worry about the maggots, they are are at this stage only worms, eating and shitting. Eventually the will pupate and fly away. Just wear some Aeroguard.
