If its in the same bed as a female i would chop it unless you want to make some seeds then let it go and pollinate the other plant, if its a female.

Crossed stipules doesn't reference sex in any way. This is a myth. Some believe it means it's a girl some a boy. Only sex organs denote sex.

Your plant looks very sativa so if you have a girl she will re vege, especially old school Mullumbimby madness style heirloom sativa aka your dad's mates "Bush" buds.

 

This will produce a frigging huge plant next year even if your soil and grow tech are average. Super soiled it may reach 21 ft.
