It's fairly old news, but I thought I'd bring to others attention about some of the lighting setups being used within Australian Sports Stadiums.

 

MSG (Melbourne) has been at since 2009.

ANZ Stadium (Sydney)

Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane is using them as well, like I'd imagine they maybe using in S.A. and W.A. to supplement the poor winter sunlight that doesn't get to the grounds.

 

Some pretty impressive setups, especially the one at ANZ Stadium that measures pretty well the full length of the playing field. Also, if you do a search, you'd see some Stadiums in the Northern Hemisphere are adopting LED's these days.
