Don't over water it, you'll drown it, I'd personally bring them inside n put them next to a window. Can grow decent seedings in your kitchen.

I’m keeping easy on the watering allowing for defined wet/dry periods, had another peak at them this morning while the lights were on and they are showing no further damage, another positive is that the damaged ones have sprouted some new leaves with no discolouration or symptoms of stress so maybe they might just keep growing [emoji4]✌️

That is shit potting mix start again with descent media in a proper pot ,don't over water them ..best of luck

Culled em off and started again with a coco perlite mix, growth was horrifically slow in the “great soil” I used, never trusting random home brews again and will stick with simple stuff...

Is that a clear cup? Planter pots are often dark or neutral colours for a reason. Grab some of those red party cups and place your seedlings in there. A clear cup will be causing havoc to the young roots.

Sorry don but I don't think that's completely true, a clear cup is good for the reason that u can see exactly when u need to transplant, if u worried about about light just slip a darker cup over the clear 1
