Ok so Im Showing my age but i loved the first movies and when i heard this remake series was happening i thought oh God here we go.

But my curiosity got the better of me and well i be - its bloody good show.

It takes off 40 odd years later in a different tone to what youd expect, new characters and just a good overall story.

It's been signed for season 2 so must have a hit a few good notes.

 

It's got my vote.
