Why would you want to keep having to buy seeds though?

 

Seems like it becomes more a hassle.

 

It applies to all autos baked whether you bought them or made your own. Either way they wont be the same strain as time goes on because they will slowly change over time.

You are right. There will always be some kid with a short attention span, and who doesn't care about quality, who will grow them.  There are photoperiod plants that produce over 10 pounds, never mind 10 oz. And it is quality. It takes time for a plant to mature which autos just do not do. Clones are nearly always slightly better than the mother plant.

This may not be a bad thing , changing over time

Adapting to the environment n soil conditions but not necessarily getting better in strength

Doesn't strength vary with different strain anyway. Seems to be a very individual choice kinda like what coffee people like.

I think autos are nice to chuck in on any run for some different samples of stuff for the perso tin. Even if ya only getting a couple oz, variety is the spice of life.
