I'd recomend getting normal plants down pat before trying to grow those finicky autos.

Yeh iv just started a little patch out back and thought try doing autos as im pretty impatient

They like light and lots of it .just a waste of time outdoors in winter .

 

Not too late for the quicker ones if you put them out now though.

 

You'll get some smoke but don't count on much.
