Seems okay, but as for 2021, it's too costly. I agree with Crystal about her crucial thing to remember about running air conditioners. If you are not at home and the power goes out - your air conditioner could not restart. So don't rely upon it for 100% cooling, as it may be a problem unless you have or pick one of the old-style air conditioners which have dials rather than LED read-outs. Also, it requires a proper chemical cleaning, which is pretty hard to do yourself.
