Many moons ago I was informed about a torture method that involved a short length of barbed-wire, a star-picket, and a short length of 25mm conduit.

 

The method being. You grab hold of your recipient, stick the 25mm conduit up their coight, stick the barbed-wire up the inside of the conduit and then remove the conduit, leaving a length of wire up their coight, with about 30cm left hanging out. Then whack the star-picket into the ground, and tie your recipient off real short into the start-picket.

 

This method seems to have a bit on the old one of being tied spread eagle over a Bull Ants nest..
