Do you recon she/he will be ok? I was giving her seaweed extract a week or two ago and someone advised me it was not good to do that so early. So i have been giving her normal normal water and nothing else. To me it looks dehydrated.. Im not sure if im watering it enough or to much?.. Cheers guys

I switch her from outdoor to indoor only because we have been getting good weather. And putting her under 2 cfl lights 1350 iluminums each. Theb switch of let her get 6 to 8 hours rest before getting natural sunlight and cfl.. Its bnb soil from brunnings

That would be too hot for you young plant I reckon

And maybe move your light away a little. Try like 60mm for now.

The symptoms for too much water and not enough are similar...

You are watering to much ...would be my guess ...usually is for people starting out

Your mix looks like it is shitty potting mix,,,which draws down nitrogen  

The actual seedling looks like it is a dud 

Start again ...leave that one alone and put it outside and let it dry out ,

Piss in a bucket and dilute it 10 to 1 and water it once then leave it for a week.

If it hasn't changed colour and or looks better start again..

I agree nitrogen draw down. Potting mix is composting and removing the nitrogen from the plant buy better soil.

start a good compost /vermicompost...I have 3 old tubs...I rotate similar to this with a few things in and out of the mix ...

Dont buy cheap potting mix everyone it's a waste of money and is toxic to plant health
