Brown spots on leaves

Let it dry out between watering, not to the point the plant droops then dies, but so the pot loses a lot of its weight to indicate it's dryish right through.  Get  a better soil or potting mix, I use Searles Premium Potting mix when I need to, but amend it with good quality coco and perlite, though it could be used straight if needed.

Whether you change it now, or wait until it's time to pot up and just bung it into something better then, is up to you.  I'd probably leave it go for a week and them pot them up, but if you want to change now just gently wash off what soil you can easily and re pot.  Hydrate your new soil before putting it in the pot, and squeeze out excess water as you put it into the pot so they don't bog down again.
