Got my recirculating system working

All new houses and most others these days have circuit breakers and overload protection devices fitted in fuse box, in every other house has a fuse at the end of each circuit, when a fan motor is obstructed from rotation the motor will indeed start to warm up, most devices of this nature have a thermal overload and will shut done, if this is not the case the rise in current will quickly blow the fuse as soon as the insulation breaks down and a short is created. Most the fires you see caused by appliances are because they are old ,bodgy wiring etc.
