Biobizz nutes/germinated seeds question

Hi, I really need help with nutrients, I just planted 2 seeds after they germinated (first time ever doing this) and I have a few questions.

I just wanted to know if someone could give me a nutrient schedule with ONLY the following nutes includes: Biobizz Grow, Bloom and Topmax. I have seen Biobizz's own schedule but I don't particularly understand it and I don't have all of the other nutes. Also, I am unsure if I am watering correctly, would it be correct if I were watering about 1/4 of the volume of the pot/amount of potting mix in there?

 

The other question I have pertains to germinated seeds, 4/4 popped, I can only plant two right now, is there anything I can do to preserve these other already germinated seeds for future use? thanks
