Rusty leaves

Hi folks

 

My plant is showing rusty coloured spots on 20% of the leaves, refer to attached photo

 

Any idea what the cause would be?

 

 

I'd better mention my growing environment

 

Grow tent.

Hydro DWC, 10 litre bucket with air stone.

Using pH Perfect Grow Micro Bloom as per instructions.

400w COB LED light.

Plenty of fresh air getting into the tent and 2 x oscillating fans.

Yes it looks like a calcium / magnesium deficiency.

How would i treat a 10 litre hydro bucket?

mrmatey in DWC u need to run the nutes a little weaker as the roots sit directly in the nutrient solution it's often to strong at full dose, i don't know if your set up is just a bubble bucket or if your doing return deep water culture but for a basic DWC bubble bucket kick off a grown plant around 50% strength to on the bottles

Gazz,  it's just a 10litre bubble bucket.

Running at half strength... would that affect the PH?

The advanced nutrients is supposed to keep  the ph balanced for at least week.

I want to finish this last batch of AN and then try something else.

It will maintain your PH from 1/4th to full strength mate try a mix at half strength for DWC as you have nutrient burn
