pest ID help

Hi All,

 

Just wondering if anyone can help me ID the pest in the pic below.

 

The pic is back and front of a single leaf. the top of the leaf is shiny and looks sticky in appearance and the bottom appears to have some sort of eggs. when squished there is green residue.
