Sorry Im new and posted this in the the introductions before I had a good look around the site.

Can anyone here shed some light on the columbian, acapulco gold strain we used to get in the 70's?

It was "piss yellow" as we used to refer to it and had a distinct aroma, also hammered you with a couple hits.

anyone able to trace the strain from then till now, does it have a more botanical name?

Im quite interested in obtaining any info/samples for scientific purposes.

very stinky, tastier than average skunk,K.O high,on 12/12 under 3000w (2hps 1mh) i had them mature and ready in 6 weeks, apparently they can get up to about 14 feet tall when grown in soil outside, the yield for my 16 cuttings was 3lb.

 

 

I havent grown either before, as I grow indoors. but I wouldnt mind trying some outdoors. I reakon they would be top shelf buds for sure.
