when do i cut my plants

when should i harvest the plants i had outdoors durring the winter

they are buddy and sticky, but the hairs are still some white

i am afraid that they will push throught the budding and become huge and grow again, they are not in a good place as if they do get big the goddamn ghetto birds will see them(copperchopper) should i chop or transplant into the bushes

 

 

help me please oh wise ones

Hey Novice, I'd part harvest the plant and then cut it down and re-veg it. You'll have it both ways then <_< But yeah, if you don't clip your buds soon, the weather change will make them re-veg. Leave some smaller undergrowth on when you do harvest, and see how well it grows back.
