Good seeing judges hand out sentences like that. Shows the leniency of the judicial arm compared to the harshness and political chest beating legislative arm of our governments!

I wonder how he will go with the 'quitting his long standing drug habit' and remaining drug free for a year? The mandatory diversion to a drug program shits me with this. As if losing your crop and going to court isn't enough of an insult.

Compared to the alternative, 25 years or a 200k fine, i'd say he got off extremely lightly and not smoking for 18 months is not that hard. With a defence like that he should have probably been sectioned instead.

Dont laugh ... .....I follow a lot of people in the states and this movement is gaining ground day by day.
