Hi crew I saw my pain management specialist this week an asked him about getting medical cannabis +  CBD oil an was told that the big boss does not believe that cannabis or cbd oil works to help with chronic pain ,What a Fucking joke I told him.

 

The Head man does not believe that cannabis does what other doctors say it does an helps with all the illnesses they say it helps with.

 

How many more tests do they have to do before the none believers come to the party an believe all the other tests that have been done in Australia an over seas.

 

I think it is time to wake the Fuck up you none believing Doctors an start believing in all the tests that have been done here in Australia an over seas.

 

This is One very pisses off person that suffers from {chronic pain ,3 forms of Arthritis,Calcifacation of the brain,& a Hemorrhagic neoplasm on the right side of the brain} all i can say is fuck you an I am going back to growing my own medical cannabis because you will not help me.

 

When will this crazy bullshit stop with them doctors.

merl1n,  the problem is that the ave. person does not know which way to turn,  where to get the help,  and most ppl are scared bc it's illegal.  I am trying to source some CBD for her, apart being expensive,  I don't know if they are legit or just another moneymaking scheme.  It's just criminal how people are left to suffer

Did you inquire what type of chronic pain the big man suffers from, and for which he has found medicinal cannabis to be so ineffective?

Hemp oil's toxin loaded crap. Please don't reccomend that shit to patients in need. What he needs is a pure indica with THC to work in conjunction with CBD as it's the only way the full effects of CBD can be utilized.

And this is the problem with the pharma crap that is being proposed. They want to isolate individual components and sell each component as a patented medication. Whole plant therapies will be banned. I have always said I do not get a benefit solely from CBD nor THC but from the plethora of cannabinoids in conjunction with each other. This is something the AMA nor their mates in big pharma are interested in because they cannot patent/own a plant. If they can't own it, they can't exclusively make money from it. It's all about the MIGHTY $$$$ and that's big pharma for ya.

The sad thing here is that I believe that the Government feels that they are on top of the cannabis culture after many years of anti drugs policy and targeting cannabis users, thanks to people like Jan and the police. The last thing they want to do is give any kind leniency to compassion groups which has the potential to revive the cannabis culture like in the 70's 80's 90's. They just want big pharma to run the show to maintain the power over the people..

It is only available in NSW to the terminally ill. It will be slowly introduced, not aware of time frame.

Reading here I gather that high % CBD oil or extract is not yet legal in Australia, despite it containing negligible traces of THC. Yet I see plenty of Australian online businesses freely advertising a widely-recognized imported brand originating from North America.

 

Surely these businesses must have imported it by proper routes? How can there exist a situation where they can legally import it, yet apparently be unable to legally sell it?

 

(I'm new to the mj scene, and have lots of questions on its medical uses. I have relatives and friends who are being failed by conventional pharmaceuticals. )

Many of us here are not new to 'the mj scene' and we too have the same questions as you. HOW?? They are either in breach of Federal or state drug laws? Or in breach of Importation laws? And/or any number of other restrictions.
So HOW??
So if we can't logically work these questions out, the next question is "Is this a scam?"  Whenever there is people looking for an alternative, there will always be some prick willing to take advantage  IMO
What's the old saying... ..."If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" ?

A couple of the sites indicate that brand of CBD oil is Sold for external use only in Australia and New Zealand.

 

This is stated as though it's a legal safeguard.

 

Anyone know: is there such provision in the law, allowing CBD oil but for topical use only?

My sister is suffering 24/7 from a chronic pain, she asked the doctors about medical cannabis but was basically told to forget it, it is not available, doctors are just not interested unless they can make a buck out of it. I have looked on line for CBD for her, but have only come across some overseas stuff, which I am not sure how good and reliable they are. Would anyone please point me to a web page where I can buy it only. She is desperate and will try anything, she is in so much pain, can't sleep, can only sit for a short time or lye down, I tell you our pets don't suffer half as my as she does Please help if you can, thank you very much in advance.

Have you looked up the guy from Queensland he was on the news and all . Loved it when he smiled and said the cops will never find all my crops . But anyway his Australias biggest oil dealer
