germination/clone tent set up before outdoor

Hi guys I'm looking to just build a tent to start root clones and germinate my seeds. 
I was just wondering if something with just these things would be sufficient?

-heat mat
-tent
-fan 
-4 tube t5 grow light

I reckon the lights will create enough heat, but I'm from Qld . If you plan on vegging for a bit you will need some air flow too.

I think he is saying to move air through the tent and not just around it. Set up an intake and outlet.

At the start you say your going to build a tent , then there's a pic of a tent . Maybe you might want to consider getting a set up kit from your nearest hydro ,it'd work out cheaper, and you would get what basically works together

Yep, an exhaust fan would do in a small tent, it will suck air in the opposite vent.

 

I would also get a lower wider tent, you don't need height.

okay thanks mate. also how long would the t5 light grow them for? (before it becomes not enough.

and another question i have, before i put them outside when they have grown a bit would you set the light timer to the same as the light hours outside?
