Coco nutrients

Recommended Posts

I used General Hydroponics three part this time around and I was very happy with it

I was a bud-right and grow-right user too and swapped because of my local shop watering it down

Well some did and it was in his store.

When I mixed it I was only getting just over half the normal ppm.

The three part seem easier to flush too the numbers when down faster.

+1 H&G cocos.... used a few. It is pretty good.

Theres quiet a few pricey additives but ya get what ya pay for.

At a pinch... can get decent results with just

A+B , multizyme, roots excelorator and top booster and bud XL with shooting powder at end.

Van De Zwann was the head chemist for Canna..... he made all their mixes.

He left and formed House and Garden.

Most companies copy their range.....

Nf's new range is a dead set copy.

I think nutes are like petrol.....

Use cheap shit stuff.... get problems....

Use high grade stuff...... everything goes well..

And for the few more cents a litre is it really worth scrimping on....?

Nibs.

I use canna nutes, the biggest part of why i use canna is the PH buffering qualities.

In my area all the pipes are very old and it screws with the ph a lot, when using other nutes i had issues keeping PH stable but using canna i dont have those issues.

I mix up nutes about an hour befor i need to feed when i have to make up a batch, and dont even havr to see if the ph is rite because i know canna nutes will set it for me.

I am of the thinking less is more, canna A + B then pk when time and that it, my last run doing it that way i pulled a lb from a 400w.

It dose not have to b canna pk that is what i have atm and once i have used it up i will b trying something diff.

i always just ran the A+B no additives and had excellent results. additives are for people with too much money. especially house and garden additives lol but the A+B Nutes arent really lacking anything never even needed to add any cal mag.

Each to their own Forget..... dont wanna use the additives... up to you.... some I don't use either.

The new nutrifield coco range follows the same additive range as h&g.

Root excelorator is root nectar.

Top booster is pk heavy.

Try a run without additives and one with... see what ya like best and if its worth the extra $.
