My seeds have just popped and I'm about to put them in a rockwool block, but which way do the seeds go, I read that the root should start facing up as the root automatically does a 180 degree and goes down. Put in with root facing down and the can get tangled up.

Is this this right ?

Plant seeds pointy end down.. If you putting germinated seeds in rockwool, same thing  plant with the root going down.. The root does not automatically do a 180, its simply gravity. If the seed germinates upside down it will do a 180 because it's programmed to go down.  They can get tangled and strangle themselves in rare instances when they germinate upside down. Generally they find there own way no mater what way they are planted but you can save a day or two if they don't have to do a 180.
