tutenkahmen has been tested at 33% also barneys farm liberty haze  is up at the 25% range there are so many that have high thc

It's important to keep in mind that these labs test for thc as a ratio of cannabinoids present in the sample (unless otherwise stated as other tests are possible). What this means is while a sample may have 25% thc this doesn't necessarily mean it will get you extremely stoned. This is because while the thc % may be high the amount of resin present on the plant material may not.

 

It would be interesting to see the amount of resin glands present as a % of plant matter combined with the cannabinoid % figures for more accuracy.

 

This is a part of why some samples with low thc % get you more stoned than those with a higher %. Of course terpenes and other things affect the high too.
