custom autopot with geopot

Recommended Posts

whats up guys im planning on making a custom autopot but with a geo pot, basically i just bought the smart valvue and ill be placing in a 500x380x80 hydro tray alongside a 7gallon geopot. ill be making a custom lid for the exposed parts of the tray to try stop as much evaporation as possible.

now i havnt used an autopot system before but iveread a fair bit up on them,

im planning on running 50% soil / 50% perlite/clay balls.

also ill be using hydroponic nutes - gt ionic series (always have used hydro nutes with soil with great success)

just after some tips/tricks/advice from experianced autopot users

thanks
