Quietest 150mm centri or mixed fan on market?

Hey peeps primarily concerned with noise on next possible setup. Would have carbon filter and approx 3m ducting, what do you think are my best options?

I currently use this Blauberg in my setup. I totally recommend it.  The only noise I hear from it is the sound of the air coming out.

 

I've previously used a Phresh silenced fan, but found that it had a lot of vibration which was a concern so I exchanged it for the Blauberg.

I came here to recommend that exact fan as I've got the non-silenced 200mm version and it's awesome

I love it! Stealth is def. an issue for me so I needed to go with the silenced version.

, thats what I said when I first saw it.  It's worth it if noise is an issue for you.   My setup is close to a common wall, so I wanted to make sure there was no chance of someone overhearing it.
