Not sure about what I'm gonna ask

So im a tourist in this awesome land and back in my country which is israel I'm allowed to use weed to treat my lower back problems (due to work accident) and recently I finished all my stuff which I got in nimbin, the issue is that I'm back on ibuprofen 4 times a day in average, toxicating my body and not even happy anymore.

I'm not looking for anyone here who can hook me up but maybe advices how can I find around Townsville, maybe there is a town near by that people are feeling free like in nimbin?
