The Victoria Law Reform Commission has been asked by the Victorian government "to review and report on options for legislative change to allow people to be treated with medicinal cannabis in exceptional circumstances".
Anyone can make an online submission! They are asking a set of questions regarding how to determine the best models for medicinal cannabis and they have produced an issues paper to guide the discussion.
Interesting that the submissions are due on the international day of cannabis celebration
