Naycha
I would use neem oil. Pyrethrum can burn Cannabis. Naycha
MrCompletion
Eco-oil at 2.5mls for 1 litre spray bottle is also very good imo. Trick is get it under the leaves.

Joey Genovese
A teaspoon of cinnamon in 500ml spray bottle of water works well. Unlike pyrethrum it does no harm to your plants/seedlings. Of course only spray when the lights are off.
Sixty-Eight
i just had a small problem with whitefly i sprayed with the light on and used Eco something from bunnings its a 1L spray bottle cost about $10 the first spray seemed to mutiply the whitefly but a second spray 2 days later wiped them out completly, idea is to spray just before your lights go out as already suggested

Besides that I got no.idea please anyone that can help i found the best way to do it was completely remove the plants from the growing area and place them in the bathroom then drench the whole folage with the spray top and bottom of leaves, if u think your done keep spraying totally soak them than let them sit over night and than put them back into the growing area
