Tamworth mum and medical marijuana advocate Lucy Haslam said she suspected the AMA was doing the bidding of large pharmaceutical companies.

“I am extremely concerned by the AMA and I believe they are being unhealthily influenced by the pharmaceutical industry,” Mrs Haslam said.

Sorry be to negative but, NO SHIT SHERLOCK! how does this come to light now, when it's a well know fact that big pharma's are against legalization cause they stand to loose heaps of $$$ because they cant patent or copyright it.

Yes, but isn't it an ex drug squad's wife publicly trying to expose the AMA (whores) for what they are?  Business that have nothing to do with health really?  Its not as seriously considered if we say it so I reckon good on her for giving it to them.
