fan size

Ok I am gonna be getting my exhaust fan this weekend and I was after a little info on what size I need for my growroom the first thing I did was get the area of the GR which is 2.4 m3 (cubic meters) then I figured the room need to have lots of fresh air passing through so I then multiplied the size of the room buy 45 times which gave me a total of 108m3 and that means that I need to have a fan that can can suck at least 108m3 per hour. also Incase it matters I will be using a pasive intake system

 

my bottom line question is what size fan do I need ( how many mm )

its not so much as fan size as to the volume it shifts.

But I think you should enquire about the same fan as I have as its a great fan but not cheap.

so your saying that I should over compenpensate and the more the better ?

 

800 cubic meters is allot more than I would have though I would need

you can never get too much fresh air in your grow room, However you could save a few $ getting a cheaper fan. I personally rather overkill the ventilation.

Im currently thinking about C02 in my room.
