First Leaf .

just wondering what to do with the first initial leaf that shoots up . the two that are rounded do they stay on or get rid of them ive been told two different answers. the only reason for asking is that they seem to be still growing very slowly and i thought this might be the problem.

The little round seed leaves you see are called cotyledons, and they are the early seedlings food source. Don't remove them, as the plant unfurls it's "true" leaves it will discard the cotyledons as they're exhausted.

 

So yeah, leave em alone, at least until the plant has done with them anyway.
