Hell, I cant wait till next year when I can relax with some Ragnar Lodbrok and watch some Viking shit go down. Great characters. Floki just gets in there with no shield with his Alice Cooper eyes.

I've seen it spelt Lothbrok and Lodbrok,  I had a 50/50 chance without a wiki visit.  Cheers.  I knew that it was set to be great, just from that opening credit scene, from deep under the water looking back a night battle with Thor getting chatty. Very creative.

I enjoy Vikings as a nice filler to watch in between GoT episode releases.

The character development isn't as complex as GoT, or anywhere close.. Either is the overall story arc.  And i wouldn't say the fighting scenes are as spectacular as Spartacus.. but i thoroughly enjoy exploring the 'hollywood' viking lifestyle which they portray.
