indicative flowering times from start of 12/12 or when buds appear?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm looking for some clarification on flowering times.  If a strain description says flowering time of 9 - 10 weeks is this from when flowering is induced or from when buds become apparent please?

 

I have some SSS Bubblefucks that I thought wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks or so but most pistils are brown and they are starting to foxtail significantly so I'm wondering whether they could be mature enough to harvest now.

I'd go a few extra weeks, trichomes are just turning white.

I count from the day of the 12/12 flip

BUT I go by trich colour not by days (days/weeks are good for a general idea of when it could be ready for harvest)

Id pick it when you feel like picking it. The longer you leave it the more coucklock generally. NIce little plant btw

They seem mature enough to harvest now to answer your question.

Would I harvest them now? like Thunder said, I would hang off a couple weeks.

Thanks everyone for your replies, since I've got 3 of them I might start flushing 1 now and leave the others for a week or two.  Looking forward to a different strain to smoke!
