harvesting while lights on or off

I don't know where the excerpts were taken from, narrowed it down to this for Dr Mahlbergs

Here is a list of Dr Mahlbergs latest work

32 earlier studies.

All the reading and searching gave me a headache

Good luck ...... :greedy:

Here is a very interesting excerpt that I found on grasscity.

"Dr. Paul G. Mahlberg who found that THC in the resin head is at it's peak when it's still clear - not opaque and certainly not amber. Dr. Mahlberg stuck a tiny syringe into the bulbous head of the trichome and extracted it's contents, then analyzed it for THC. The result: Without a doubt, THC is at it's highest before the trichome turns opaque.

Now open to the floor........... :greedy:

Yes, but when are they at their peak ?

Peak for who though. As if you want a real couch lock effect than you leave them til they are Amber, so for what person that is the peak for them. But if you want a real energize high you pick it when they are clear, which is peak for them. So I think PEAK is a matter of what YOU like best. As at the end of the day it's all about high you feel, not the statistics.

I am not questioning the different effects attained by the timing of a harvest, but the time the active cannabinoids are meant to be at their highest and what is doing what.

So when they start to amber, then the THC must be starting to degrade and some other mix of factors must be locking you to the couch ????

In the politest way possible, excerpts don't mean shit.

If you want to have a proper discussion you should post the entire paper so the excerpt can be taken in context.

What other context do you need ? The excerpt is, what it is.

I thought that would be controversial enough to create a bit of healthy Q&A. Obviously not....... :greedy:

After all, most topics have threads that contain imo. Someone's opinion is not proof of anything.

Only something that they have learnt from experience/read or heard.

I have also asked some questions, was looking to maybe learn something new.... :cray:
