Cureing And Drying

Any tried tested and true ideas when drying and curing your harvest?

 

Something that will give it a better taste and maybe make it alittle more potent? or any thing else you guys know of?

I hang my gear to dry for a couple of weeks or so (after trimming) then break it down into Tupperware containers. For the first two weeks I open the containers daily and gently mix everything around after that I do it weekly. I have found that 3 - 6 months curing best but we can't always wait that long.
