to be honenst i really dont know what time is better to water, night time, or day time, or if it matters much, if you growers could help me out,

Best time to water is at the start of the light cycle, when u turn the lights back on after the dark period.

Sounds like youre outdoors? Skip any overcast or cold days as the plant wont drink as much at these times.

 

5AM is a good time to water and its OK to double-water at 10 if its a extra hot sunny day.

 

If youre using soluble nutrients then every third watering is a good time to feed [depends on the nutes and plant but 3 days should be fine].

Early morning is best, some plants get diseases and other problems if they are watered late arvo /night.

 

Water less frequently, and more deeply. I.e, stick your finger in your soil and see when it's getting dry, depending on the weather, grow position etc, perhaps every two -four days this time of year, and then water deeply.

This will promote better root development and plant health.
