Hello fellow connoiseurs of canna cooking, I once possessed an amazing cookbook by Ashleys Sister titled the cannabis cookbook. In it was a recipe for irish coffee ice cream which I would love to have again. If anybody knows where I can obtain a copy of that book, my next grow is yours! Seriously, my gratitude would be showered upon thee if you could post that recipe:-) muchos gracias.

I have the book. Irish coffee cannabis ice cream by Ashley's sister.

1tbsp of instant coffee

1/2teasp bud flour

1/2cup castor sugar

2tbsp whiskey

4egg yolks

300ml cream whipped

 

Beat egg yolks, sugar, bud flour & instant coffee in a double boiler over hot not boiling water. Until it goes thick & creamy. Allow to cool. When cold fold in whiskey & cream. Spoon into tray/holder & freeze.
