I'm an ex-smoker so I still enjoy joints just to get that familiar rolly between the fingers feeling. They are handy if you are out and about someplace wanting to get high and not draw attention. I was just wondering which papers you guys use. The best I ever tried were made from hemp. Extra large and easier to roll up. One thing that concerns me when smoking a joint is the glue used in the paper. I realise I'm getting a shitload of incarcenogens anyway but glue can't be healthy.

Yeah, most papers, unless specifically mentioning it, would be made with bleached and chemically treated paper too...

 

I say this as I smoke a joint mind you... how flukey is it I just happen to be toking on one as I read this thread...

 

I like the canuma hemp papers too, but I tend just to buy either "rollies" brand papers when I get my rollies for the week. Ventii blue are okay, I'm not sure but I think the "green" is a thinner paper?

 

I think we've got a joint rolling guide linked in here somwhere, not sure whether there's anything about preferred papers tho...

I prefer Venti but I'm not too fussy. I suppose there must be some environmentally friendly stuff out there but it probably costs more.

Hemp papers are environmentally friendlier since fewer trees get chopped down, but I don't think they are any friendlier to your lungs.

Rizla green or reds are my fave skins - tried allsorts but always go back to them. King size green skins are great but hard to find - the blues skins are too thin & dont taste so good IMHO.

King Size greens are best, can make the fattest joints with them.
