Growing nicely, but if you want them to stay that way you will need to gently break them apart and get them into separate pots (small ones). If you leave them too long you wont be able to separate them without root damage. Also, they are looking a little stretched, when you put them into individual pots they will benefit from being buried alittle deeper into the soil. The stem will shoot roots once it is under the soil, only the green leaves at the top need to be clear of the soil.
